What’s your favourite scary movie?

It’s a given that you have to scare yourself silly and watch a horror movie on Halloween! We asked a few staff members what films make their spine tingle!

Annie – Hills Have Eyes – A gritty, brutal horror movie about a family road trip that takes a terrifying turn. They become stranded in an abandoned nuclear testing zone inhabited by bloodthirsty mutants – it will keep you cringing in your seat and watching with your hands over your eyes!

Jon – The original Dawn of the Dead (1978) as it’s from George A. Romero and is the most intensely shocking motion picture gore-fest experience and I like seeing how people fight to survive in a Zombie Apocalypse being a Zombie movie fan!

Lynne – Nightmare on Elm Street – for the sheer terrifying suspense and constantly shocking scenes – which had you hiding behind your hands to watch! Plus The Omen – for the totally absorbing and petrifying story which not only scared you whilst watching but lingered with you afterwards as it made you think – what if?
